  • Killer job man. Im actually doing a welding helmet for a friend. I was thinking of using my striping brush to stack little dots to imitate a weld bot the body filler looks great. Gotta love custom paint cause i dont think theres a wrong way you know? You do some great work dude, screw the haters. Check out my channel.

  • @gravydogg1

Thank you! I'm just now learning to brush the haters off. I'm a bit self conscience about it, but that's what drives me to be better!!

  • Excellent job buddy. I liked it a lot. As "oneslowride" so rightly typed: The weld in a bottle, what a great idea. May i ask where you got that idea?

  • @ubisuck

I thought of using the bottle the night before when I was trying to sleep. LOL That's when I get most of my ideas.

  • Excuse my Aussie ignorance...what color is root beer?

    Great video...........

The best advice in regards to your critics... Never argue with anyone dumber than yourself...... Cheers

  • @pyrofella

Thank you, Root Beer is a redish brown Kandy color

  • It astounds me at the ignorance of those who can only criticize and contribute nothing to the conversation. Nice work, creative, instructive and professional. I've been painting for over 40 years and I am still excited to see the techniques that are being developed by you new guys. Well done.

  • @JHV166

Yeah, It bothers me when I get criticized for my methods. I've been painting cars since I was a very young kid and have been working on the line with my dad at many collision repair shops since I was 14. These aren't body and prep work videos. These are airbrush videos meant to invoke creativity. I assure you that I know my shit when it comes to paint and body.

  • Very cool job man, i woill try and something like that to my welding helmet...

  • @pyrofella from my travels in the US and Canada I got the impression that "Root Beer" is what we here in Oz know as Sarsaparilla, but as Ryan said , think Coca Cola Candy like finish.

  • i worked at Warner Bros scenic art dept for many years,...all i can say is great job!!!!

  • great job

  • Sick.

  • WOW! You really have a wonderful mind! I'm a good painter, but I lack the creativity that you have. I'm 46 years old and have painted more cars than I can remember, but this little trick that you came up with is so simple, but I would have never even came close to what you did off the top of your head. U da man!
