Aahh, BoF V. Good, good game. Haven't finished yet - only play during the summer with my friend when she comes to visit. I don't own the system myself. xD'' Wish I did, auugghhh. Such a good game. I remember the other BoF, and though this one is different, I feel that it fits in its own way. It's quite a successful story, if you ask me, and the difficulty makes it even more exciting to play. A real challenge, a brain puller! I love it. <3

The storyline is LOVELY. It's not some convoluted plot like in most RPGs. It's tight, it's focused, it's just *one* central metaphor, leaving you left on the edge of your seat. It builds momentum, really. One of my favorite stories in gaming.

It's not the difficulty that bothers me, it's the cheap-bad graphics and the huge mystical feel of the Breath of Fire series being taken away.

The storyline was horrid in my opinion.

Some years ago I played Breath Of Fire 3 and I liked it so much, one of my favourite RPG, so I've decided to buy Dragon Quarter too. Unfortunately I was disappointed, it's worse than BOF3, there are only boring dungeons and enemies are very hard to defeat...

The character design is terrible in this one. Capcom really needs to shape up. They ruined Megaman, now they are going to ruin breath of fire... then what will they have left? Street Fighter? lol
