The sound was moving faster than the water. You saw the disturbance of the water first because light moves faster than anything else. (I.e. images result from light hitting the retina) This is why you saw the effect of the explosion before hearing it.

It was a bomb I heard them speaking in French about something on the radar then they started talking about enemy intact. A bunch of weird stuff.

the recent B.P oil rig that wiped out so much of the Gulf coast could have been fixed just like this... Fact, Russia has had at least 5 and how did they fix a rig 5 miles below the water, just like this.. they used a nuke, it shook all the soil around the well enough to seal it... i hope people read this and keep a open mind, do research it's kinda fun some times...
