Isaac was a very fine musician, but also a wonderful teacher! I went to 2 of his guitar workshops at Cambridge Folk Festival, and always walked away feeling like he'd imparted something very special. He played at Lincoln Folk Festival here in the UK for a number of years. I remember him very well indeed. RIP Isaac: you were one of a kind.

I don't think he is. His name is Jace. (Jason). As his best friend you should try to learn his name.

Isaac Stayed with us a couple of times and was a gentleman, a friend and an inperation. through this land of England i am sure there is many a folk club organiser who had the pleasure of isaacs wondeful company and beautiful music......and the strange aroma that drifted from his van. R.I.P Isaac

He was a real inspiration and so open to anyone who wanted to talk...I saw him so many times over 20 years...just the best !
If you go to Hitchin Folk Club their stage Backdrop is a Black and white picture of Isaac..so he's always there.

I envy you guys so much, I'm 19 and never got to see Guillory live, the 'Slow Down' album is easily one of the greatest albums around.
