how do i get 300fps
-
1: youtube can't display that much FPS.
2: the amount of FPS you can actually see depends on your monitor refresh rate
3: I don't think that even when you have the refresh rate you would see a difference between 100 and 240 0.o

unless ur making slow motion shots there is no reason to have anything above 30 personally i dont see video start to get choppy until about 12 fps
-
now.. I'll give all you "nah' sayers this. probably any framerate beyond 240 is overkill. I'm not a freaking 40 year experience eye doctor with any super high technological 10 million dollar equipment that can prove whether or not the human eye can see more than 30 fps. However, I KNOW FOR A FACT FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE that dvd's and blu rays going from 60 hz tv to a 120hz tv is like watching it LIVE in person. 240hz tv IS LIVE quality in person. no half ass catch up beyond the 60fps mark
-
@RushFlaut lol. Believe the science blogs online that say 'blah human eye cannot perceive more than 30 fps " all ya want. keep your current 60hz tv. then go buy the EXACT same size 120hz version. watch a dvd movie for at least 15 minutes or more on one...then watch that SAME dvd movie or blu ray movie in the 120hz. IF YOU DONT honestly notice a SMOOTHER more " LIVE" looking movie then plain & simple. you need your eyes checked. LOOK UP REAL LIFE PERSONAL TESTING.ftr I own 23.6" acer 120hz

@RushFlaut Fine with me, hate getting into arguments over the internet.
1. host_framerate 240
2. virtual dub it to 60
3. make it 30 fps in sony vegas
