I admire the people we have in the service. It could have been better if it's a compilation of videos rather than a slideshow of photos.

Thanks for your comment, Myla. It's the most I can offer to honor the heroes of the 505th. I help them as a pasttime. They save lives for a living. I am ever grateful for the unit for giving me a chance to serve the country in whatever small capacity.

whoa.....been there ......done that........10yrs as a crewchief of bell 205th rescue chopper........now livin in exile here in uk...heheheheh.....and i still miss the disticnt sound of the rotor blades from ignition till it reaches 66hundred rpm......miss you all guys..........."keep em flying so that others may live"........................highwayman!!

I know the feeling, bro. I'm here in the US for a few months (for my civilian job) and the sight of Hueys flying overhead evokes fond memories. Can't wait to get back to the unit and resume Weekend Warrior work.
