live 7 is the best piece of software i have come across since cubase sx3...coreplayer is cool,but ableton is on a different planet..makes life so easy....

yo man maybe u can help me:)i have ableton live 6 nd a midi keyboard,it is recognised in ableton as i can c d light flash evertime i press a key on the keyboard,but i cannot put any beats onto the keys of my keyboard??i dont seem to have midi files in the programme??any help??or what do i need to do to get it working from my keyboard??plz help me it seems ur my last hope:)

No, you pay for it. That's one of the downfalls of Ableton. You buy a shell, if you want all the features that would "set it above" other sequences, you have to pay extra. Then again, the whole suite costs about as much as Cubase. Meh.
