@Phoxus chase your dream man!! I have a good friend that has already marched two years of drum corps and is running low on funds as well. Get sponsored!! Ask for help! Sometimes you can't do it all on your own. It's fine if you don't want to but if you reeeeaally worked for it I guarantee you you'd make it. Remember that this is once in a lifetime

After discovering PR, I've always wanted to at least try out. Unfortunately, some financial circumstances (there's just no way I can afford something like this) and other priorities in my life have kept me from this opportunity. I've always wanted to play with people that actually want to be there and change others' lives with their music. But I can always dream.
