These are not one, but two news clips of Fox New Channel labling former Rep. Mark Foley as a Democrat. No excuses for this one. This is about as blatent as it gets.

  • If FOX were a tradional conservative network, I wouldn't be bothered by them.

But FOX is a neo-conservative network, which is a movement that is pretty Anti-American in most regards.

  • Absolutley Amazing... I can't beleive they thought they could get away with that

  • Know what the best part was? They censored the rebroadcasting of it, down the memory hole.

  • Typical Fox Viewer is fucking retard. They wouldn't care if it was manipulated anyhow.

  • Could we exchange "fair and balanced" for just facts?

  • Why does it have a "D" they should put "R" because he is a Republican

  • O so they can LIE but as long as their conservative...good to know

  • Once is a mistake.

    Twice is suspicious.

But they did it THREE times (only two shown here, but it was three overall).

And never ONCE apologized for it. Any — and I do mean *ANY* — REPUTABLE news organization, if shown to have made a mistake of any knid that causes confusion or conveys an untruth, would have a subsequent "erratum" in a subsequent episode or issue.

E.g. "Earlier we reported that Mark Foley was a Democrat. He is a Republican. Fox News apologizes for the error."

  • HA HA good one!

  • you have obviously missed the point

  • I love how they correct their mistakes-they ignore them, deny they made a goof, edit their transcrips after the fact, etc.Never have they attempted to correct or apologize for a 'mistake',which leads to the belief it was intentional.
