The crater lake of Mashu, one of three caldera lakes in the Akan National Park, Hokkaido, Japan. The pan begins with a view of the peak of Shari-dake rising beyond the waters of Mashu-ko. Panning right, the prominent peak on the far shore of the lake is Mashu-dake, also known by its Ainu name, Kamuinupuri ("divine peak").
