did it not enter your head that it would be far better to have stayed at home as you might just get in the way of any emergency services that had to arrive,or the fact that you could have ben injured yourself, the mind boggles as to how anyone would race to something so awful ,its a sad world if that is all you have got that gives you a buzz.

@amazingartimus So why did you watch the video, if you are not interested? And for the record, I did not "race" to the scene, I happened to be going that way anyway and I was always aware of the arrival of emergency services.

Considering how much the fire had taken hold by the time you filmed it , and the fact that the new fire station is about a 90 second drive away , how long did it take before somebody dialled 999 and reported the fire ?

No problem, Thanks, It was a very long night for us! Although I would never condone anyone putting themselves in any danger this is a great video and shows just how fast the fire spread.

@Rescuefirefighting Thanks for the comment - on one of my earlier comments I noted I thought i'd arrived the same time as the first fire appliance unless there were any round the back - which their obviously was! Thanks for clearing that matter up and great job by you all

where were the fireman as their fire station is only 5 minutes away. i wouldnt have got that close
