Prompted by Adam Gertler's recommendation in an episode of Food Network's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", my wife and I detoured our trip into Syracuse to track down some authentic BBQ. Take a look at what we selected - the brisket/pulled pork combo for me, the chicken and ribs combo for her. Everything was excellent and very filling, and I paired my meal up with an excellent flight of four beers from their selection: Ithaca Cascazilla, Lake Placid Ubu Ale, Middle Ages Ape Hangar Ale and Middle Ages Wailing Wench.
