to tartinitrumpet-Bach himself did transpose works of any kind in anyway,and I'm not a fan of strictly philologically correct renditions even appreciating computer aided trance updates(digit perfect reflection on YT).I observe that a quality update(even extremely advanced)should be generated by the knowledge of the original,whose main musical lines can be stressed and emphasized.
Alas this playing can be compared to tasting a vintage champagne drinking it as a coke.

I definitely see where you're coming from. To reenact what the composer's original plans for his art is most important. But then I wonder who should I attribute this music to? I like how it sounds, so should I give credit to the transcriber and performer more than the original conceptor?
