This moron was so brilliant that he opposed building Korea's first national highway, its first steel mill, shipbuiding industry and other astonishingly successful economic initiatives of Park Jung Hee. Thank God that he failed, otherwise Korea would today still be covered in shit due to lack of even the most basic product such as fertilizer.
His atrophied brain conceived the SHOSHINE POLICY which was a total disaster, helping N Korea build its nuclear program, perpetuate Commie regime,etc
