Hello FashionistaLuvsNY,

I don't reallly believe in hair-typing, but if I must, I'll say my hair is mostly 4a/b ('s' curl pattern), 20% straight in parts and 15% wavy strands. See, I told you..smiling....Mainly however, everyone one seems to have more than one texture-type.

I agree - it is wonderful that there is sooo much info now :-) I was natural but texturised DON'T DO IT LOL. Because your hair is not bone straight, it is tempting to think it is natural, but it needs all the maintainace of relaxed hair or breaks - so I'm going for the chop to get back my beautiful curls - beautiful like yours sis :-)

Hi Hihosilverlining2, I know that I am late in responding, and hope that you can forgive me- I just saw your comment for some odd reason. Yes, I have a friend who texturized, now regrets it. Yeah, I have decided not to do anything permanent (perm, texturize, lock, etc) to my hair. Also, thanks for your comment about my hair- I really appreciate it.
