Braintrain : The tangible user interface

BrainTrain is a novel educational tool, providing an interactive way of learning brain anatomy, mapping functions and neuroanatomical images via a touch sensitive brain model under a highly interactive environment of three dimensional (3D) graphics and sound system.

BrainTrain system provides a novel, intuitive and effective means for studying brain anatomy and visualizing neuroanatomical imaging data. The subjects not only easily learn and visualize the brain data by a finger touch but also obtain a very good mental 3-D image of the brain from seeing and touching the real physical model.
