@jordanmich31 I have heard people call this contact juggling - palm spinning - sphereplay - exersphering / Call it what you like but always remember this is a great exercise for your hands that helps develop strength, dexterity and coordination. ExerSphering is great for musicians, computer operators, athletes, and gamers - just to name a few...

@omfgodied Sure - if anybody can post a video of doing the same rolling patterns you see in this video I will send you a free set of the spheres of your choice - that is good for the first ten videos or until I take the challenge down.

im not going to lie, this is some of the most bizarre things i've seen.
i've watched dozens of your videos, and what came across my mind was, how often and long do you practice this?
that and how long does it take to get fluent at one thing such as.. this baseball challenge, or shuffles for instance?

I first started with Finger Fitness which lead to Chinese Therapy Balls which lead to Contact Juggling. The key is to practice every day for short periods of time to develop muscle memory.
The Finger Fitness Shuffling exercise family is one of the most complex and difficult to master.
Exer-sphering is not as complex. Some people can learn to rotate spheres smoothly in just a matter of weeks.
GO SLOW and be PATIENT! You will be amazed how quickly your hands will improve.
