Vauxhall Vectra 2.5 V6 SRi engine noise.

I hadn't ever heard the car being driven from outside the car, so i decided to make this video. This video was made under controlled conditions where no danger was made to the public. No speed limits were broken whilst making this video. Its all about the noise! VROOM VROOM!!

Nice!!! I'm getting a 2.6 SRI at the weekend, you've given me some great modification idea's... I take it this car already has the cone air filter on as you can hear the induction roaring noise?

@weedwhackerman thanks. The sound is a bit rubbish on this vid. I blame the poor quality phone i had at the time. Yes, its got a k&n 57i. I've got videos on my channel that let you hear the sound much better :)

Is it a hatch or a saloon your getting? either way you will love it! when you've got it get yourself on some vauxhall forums. I've met loads of good people through buying that blue vec. Im on my 2nd now. Brilliant cars

Yup, Its the cupra r splitter.

I got it off my buddy dave. He had it on his vec. It was in the Feb 2009 issue of Fast Car magazine. After that shoot he broke it instead of selling it. Was a stunning machine, Page 130 if your going to dig it out lol

@tcscotland It's a saloon, I'll probably get some vids up at the weekend when i get the car, cool thing is it's only done 36K and there quite rare to find with such a low mileage. I had a couple of GSI Vectra C's and a V6 Cavalier and Calibra (check out the 0-60 vids on my channel lol)...This is my 1st vectra b though... aye al have a look at ur other vids...I'm a member of the vectra-c forum and its great!!! get some more vids of the vectra up.

@rishey1888 it was the phone that was shit. the best i could do with what i had at the time. this car is now scrapped. I now have a vec gsi with the 3.0 omega engine in it. i put the exhaust off the blue vec onto the one ive got now

honestly couldn't tell you. The exhaust was done before i bought it. Its a remus center section and irmscher double D back box. I've got a photo somewhere of under the car, i'll try and dig it out ;)
