  • Ha, I definitely find myself thinking "I'll meditate first before I do this and that..." and if I haven't done it at the beginning of the day I feel unqualified to be mindful. How silly is that? The mind is so full of hilarious bullshit.

    Also, I like what Jon Kabat Zinn frequently mentions, which is that the real meditation is your life. (The formal meditation is just a foundation).
