on butterfly, you come too high out of the water. instead of bringing your head up, push it forward.

wow. ur quite slow...but it looks pretty good. u should do more underwater kicking...

get your arms more relaxed for the free.. create bow waves.. makes your breathing more streamlind bringing down times.
Keep your legs straight and kick from the hip..

On you free, try to keep your head more parallel to the water. It'll be much more streamline.

are you doing dophin kick on the first one? because if you are you should be underwater for the whole time if your not dophin are useless to use. ( thats what my teacher told me)
