The "White Red-Lined GH" logo was Golden Harvest's predecessor to the popular 1978 "Rectangle G" logo which was a very popular logo.
@ 2:11. This logo used in films before 1978 was plastered by the "Rectangle G" logo. Did you know that?

@dire398, you have no idea how happy these Idents are making me. :)
-
My faves in this one are Basic (looks more of a Japanese logo to me), H.K. Fong Ming (whatever that is), Golden Way, Hoventin Films, JCE, Jing's Production, M8 & PCC Skyhorse (I think that's how it's spelled)
-
Prince Motion Picture Co. in same jingle
fong cheng film(H.K.) co. and the Lo Wei Motion Picture Theme again.
-
That's the exact same thing I noticed too!!!!!
-
The Basic logo at the start looked like the New Line logo.

Thanks so much for the fact, Dire.

Yup, (that's what JC means!) and the other part is owned by Emperor Group (EMP/EMG)
