NOAA's GOES-13 Sattellite captured the tornado producing front as it passed over Texas. The time-lapse of the video shows the fury of the front as it explodes into a upside-down arrow shaped cloud.

You are seeing a time-lapse (sped up) movie of weather across the United States. In this view, taken from a satellite, you see a strong storm front moving west to east. It's powerful tip produced tornadic conditions in Texas.

Shallow water. Off the western end of Cuba the Caribbean is shallow. Off to the North, you are seeing Nassau and the Bahamas.

I know that part but what exactly are these clouds moving around, the strange cloud over Texas at 0:04 to 0:08, and when, what I believe is the terminator, there is a weird effect in the clouds.
