While Chuck's guitar is in tune with both itself and all the overdubs on this demo, it's actually quite flat from prefect D tuning. I found out that raising the pitch in Audacity by 2 semitones fixes the problem, so now you can play along with the track without it sounding like Chuck's version of Sepultura's Morbid Visions. :)
I have a near complete Guitar Pro tab for this track. There's no drums, but all guitars are as accurate as I can possibly get them. Includes the solo almost perfectly transcribed, too. You can either PM me for the tab, or simply go to http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ and search under Control Denied for the tab. It's titled "Track 1".

Hmmm. While I believe that Chuck INTENDED for the tuning to be the way it was in the original....this is nice now i can jam with it without going to Chuck's tuning haha.
