Could we not embed gps tracking devices/RF ID chips in these types of explosives? Why are we not doing this?

Ditto on long range rifles, when you don't even have to see your 'enemies' face, and now you can record the whole killing on video; how nice to be able to save individual kills! :O(

The report of 19 females being targeted and several found with slashed throats, seems over the top for a Muslim insurgent.
