My senior solo...this dance was dedicated to my dance teacher, Mrs. Joy Clift. The last performance night she came out onstage during the solo and surprised me...well, you'll see.
...essentially my last dance with the BT dance company :(

This dance is dedicated to my teacher, Mrs. Joy Clift. Thank you for being such an inspirational teacher, mentor, advisor, and friend. You have truly made a lasting impression on my life and my dancing. The lessons that I learned in your classroom will forever remain a part of me. Most of all, I thank you for helping me to see the realy beauty of dance. Through dance, you have taught me to make connections between the music, my movement, and my life. I am forever indebted to you, and I only hope that I can give back a little bit of what you have given me. Love always, Monica
