I'm a man and just went through this with my lady. It's crazy for people to think this is only a trait of men. I'm out that relationshit, it took a year to just suck it up and walk away. I thought it was L-O-V-E, but it wasn't even close. I lost family and friends over a relationshit, now I'm single and on my own. @AstroMen2911 the problem is there is a great difference between physical abuse and psychologycal, in emotional abuse the abuser does much ground work before showing his nature. the abuser gains trust and tries to look like he has all the virtues ever desired and looks down on manipulators and injustice. once he has you where he wants it comes out. they kick down your confidence step by step and then make you trust them and do what they want. they make you doubt everything about yourself.

@AstroMen2911 misunderstanding. Ive been there with what appeared to be something to the other individual. Until it turned distant it began to get cold and even though shes gone, i still feel like the person is there when shes not. At home, at school, with people i talk to. Hard to understand when give but feels its been stolen in a way and unfortunately to fight it back, it all just goes oppossite from there. its distracting. Already understood what your talking about. If you want it that is.

I don't want to seem cruel but people who just stay with someone who is abusive probably enjoy the drama and the abuse. Otherwise, why are they still with the abuser? Get a life and stop being such a chicken shit. If you hate being abused, get the fuck out. Everybody deserves a better life so get one. Love Peace and Happiness, (if you really want it that is.)
