Student Films: Life is Life

Part of a collection of student films made at my highschool. This is one of my favorites, partly because it matches the deadpan humour of Laibach, and partly because I'd never heard Laibach before.

This looks more like a professional than a high school vid, which is awesome (When I saw it was a student film I immediately assumed it was for college rather than high school). And the fact that Laibach provides the soundtrack only makes it even more win. :-D

I dress somewhat like those kids and I would never do anything like what the Columbine shooters did. Also, Dylan and Klebold looked quite a bit more "normal" than the kids in this vid. Do a google image search before you make comments like that.

This is one of the best things about video. The charm to it. These guys are daring to make a student video that is 110% serious. My favorite is the shots cutting to trumpet player that damn well look exactly like jump cuts. I bet all these guys are happily married homeowners right now.
