Video was shot during feeding time in order to capture the activity in the tank. Lucy, the Orange *Pigeon blood) Discus was quite cranky today and wanted to chase everyone around. In the tank are 5 baby BR Parrots, 2 Discus, 3 A. Rainbows, 2 Cardinal tetras and one Striped Raphael Catfish. All fish will be moved to a 120g tank in the Spring.

  • hi, no the Parrots never ate the small fish. Remember, their mouths are misshaped and really cannot bite anything. they may try to 'butt' other fish, but not so much. I had my Parrots in a 55g and then had to move them to a 120g tank as they grew. I always felt it best to have at least a pair of fish of the same species in the tank. I dont know how a lone parrot would react. May be fine. Best of luck... :-)

  • Awesome tank, love the setup and the fish :)

  • Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it! :-)
