No, no, no. When building a business it is all about demographics. In that area, a Pirate bar stuck out like a sore thumb and it stuck out in the wrong way. Being stuck right in the middle of corporate america, you have to appeal to just that...corporate america. The problem is the owners and staff didn't want to work, they wanted to fuck around and drink.
