  • hi Moss, you missing a very important part of a supercharger in this video. The noise.

  • of the two in the background...i think the NB Miata is sexier than the latter, newer model.

  • @LawrenceLugar500 Its actually a cool color if you see it more than once, almost like a mystique color shifting paint, color looks black, rootbeer, or cherry depending on the light angle. And yes I get your trying to be a douche

  • @samsoninthepit I have an dark green, tan top NB - i like it. a black cherry color looks nauseating, to look at...lol, in my opinion.

  • How much is this kit?

  • @LawrenceLugar500 100% agreed! Which is why I bought a 2005 black cherry mica with 48k miles vs a new one recently

  • What are those European-looking cars in the background?

  • @MrStenland Yeah, it was an odd thing to say. But, still, a built 6 in a 2300lb car is nothing to sneeze at.

I'm just about to s/c my first-gen Miata. When it's done and tuned I expect to push about 200hp at the wheels. Not much actual power by today's standards, but that works out to be a pretty good hp/weight ratio (95hp/1000lbs) - comparable to, say, a 2012 Boss Mustang (98hp/1000lbs).

plus still getting around 27mpg :D

  • @MrStenland i know, its like saying: "you will go from moderate acceleration to above-moderate. you will be somewhat pleased with the results!"

  • The Moss motors MP62 kit works fine, also on the NA. This new mp62 is not so noisy as the mp45. I'm very happy with it!

  • "Instead of having a 4 cylinder, you have the feel of a powerful V6."

    I chuckled a little.
