sends opponent flying after charging (Like Warlock Punch)

Over B- Evidence Throw
throws random pieces of evidence or items out of nowhere

Down B- Hold it!
Acts as a reflector

Up B- Objection
Phoenix jumps up high and hits anyone he comes in contact with

Final Smash- Psyche Locks
Psyche Locks appear out of nowhere and extend out all across the level causing new platforms and hurt those who touch the locks, when the attack ends, the locks shatter and send anoyone near them flying
