Seems like your recipe on veginity is WAY off. The video doesn't appear to use the same measurements as the recipe. 350 grams of flour and 350 grams of sugar!? It ends up being way too much dry ingredients. I ended up with a huge dry lump of dough rather than a cake batter.

@whitedroidan more liquid in form of oil, or maybe less chocolaate... the thing is that you are loosing all the liquid... chocholate tends to complicate stuff because it burns and opens cracks in the crust that alow the vapor to scape faster
