Daleks wanna kill the Doctor, he's stopped their plans many times, they have a special weapons dalek, use it on renegades, let it go crazy and become an abomination and yet not use him on the Doctor? Wow.

Two things. (1) Love your name and love that game! xD (2) Did you ever read the Remembrance novelisation? It fleshed out the Special Weapons Dalek, said its extra firepower required vast amounts of radiation which drove it insane and led other Daleks to label it "the Abomination"
