Just a bit of fun, both moves are pretty easy to do with some practice including extended shoulder stands simply from laying down its fun as, give it a shot :)
well basically its an ab wheel rollout with a bit more stability so i actually find it much easier, i cannot do a standing ab wheel rollout. i suppose it could help in working up to it the strength is very similar bit ab wheel has more side to side freedom, try walkouts and knee ab wheel rollouts and try doing standing ab wheels and slowly increasing range of motion
well for me it is pretty easy, its got nothing on a dragon flag or even standing ab wheel rollout. the hand walkout is all about core strength and total body tension, and of course helps with these. hope that answers your question :)
hey man can i ask, was the walkout harder or easier than an ab wheel rollout, is it a good way to train for ab wheel rollouts?
