@shadeyandshadow If you still haven't found out it should be on the small island in the parking lot under the middle/center bridge that crosses from the 2 island to the 1st island(the one with the airport)

I have this mod version, however I am unable to locate my freeze vehicle, I have been told I do not have one.. I've searched the common area's for them, can someone post telling me where it is.. also the Molotov does not freeze players i've heard the molotov only freezes other modders with a earlier version of mods than yourself.. I have tested it with a few friends, none of them froze. Please someone give me some help on this subject, much appreicated, Thanks.

The freeze car is the train which you can see at 0.36, the closest one, you get in it and press up on the joystick for 1 second! Not sure about the freeze gun yet...

@steventonkz If you knew anything about GTA modding you would Be able to plainly see that the Train in NOT the freeze cars as it dosent fly like a helicopter. and besides that fact It would make for a horible freeze car against modders because almost all modders have it set as a flying type. And as i have Explained before THE FREEZE GUN IS THE MOLOTOV!
