Those look like bugs, dust and pollen. Pollen appears blue and yellow when caught close up in photos. Dust looks slightly transparent and brownish and/or grey. Brighter orbs are either unexplained, paranormal, or most likely bugs.

I am not sure if you can consider those orbs, Who is to say they weren't bugs or dust. A fog moving against the wind, A shadow where there shouldn't be. Maybe. But I can't consider orbs ghosts. Sorry.
