    hes losing momentum bcause of the clear rubber thing , it helps stabilize everything but in the end its clear that its the cause to stop losing power every vibrations.

    its a constrain wich add stress while beign used to retain it so it dosent get 100% return each time it goes up and down so even a los of 5% each bump is adding up in the end it makes it stop.
