There's no telling how long Tracy's spirit was floating above the car lot before the woman noticed her. She said when she saw it she was moving smoothly over all the cars as if trying to find one. The actual vehicle that Tracy died in was a Nissan Pathfinder located at that lot. This is amazing footage. It would have been even better if it was in color.

This is the closest thing to anything you can find on the Internet as being an actual ghost. I have seen one for myself and believe this is authentic.
TheGenticMutation is quite right about the video recorder not functioning like a normal video recorder because it is used for security and must be set to a low frame rate to capture film for many hours at a time. The camera works just as any other would and it's only the recorder functioning as it should.

this is footage of Tracy Martin who had died in a fatal car accident 18 days earlier.
The story was featured on Proof Positve series on Sci Fi hosted by Amanda Tapping.
I've seen the picture of Tracy on the show that her father brought in. when you see it and compare it to the tape, it sends a chill through you-you realize right at that moment that it really is her. Why she returned to the wrecked car is still unknown. She was looking for something important, that's for sure.
