  • Maybe he does not want to get big? Some people have a very fast metabolism so they have to workout just to keep at a steady weight.

    Or maybe he just wants some strength behind him.

    Not all people who go in the gym want to be a hulk.

  • @Prophetelf Not for your forearms, abs or calves, as they are fast twitch muscles. You should use low weight with high reps.

  • So because the guy is'nt built like a IFBB competiter he does'nt know what he's talking about?LoL,I guess Joe Weider should have thrown in the towel a long time ago then huh?Even though he is considered the "father"of competitive bodybuilding and brought Arnold Schwarzenneger to America to compete,he did'nt knowq what he was talking about though because he is'nt big like Arnold was lol.Not everyone who lifts weights does it so they can look like a pro bodybuilder.

  • @Djebulba so a band manager cant manage a band because he is not in one himself, or a soccer coach cant teach soccer because hes's not the best payer on the field??? how do u know this guy hasn't made a living training bodybuilders?? i not saying he's great but that your attitude and reason for laughing at him is stupid.

  • The muscles you work here are exactly the same as the one's you use for drumming, I only have to train my inner forearm 'cause the drumming does the rest for me :)

  • Really you should stick to 12-15-20 reps. No lower than that because the forearms are dense. If you do less than 10 reps you won't be able to get a good pump; you might lift more weight but you need to get the blood pumping in that forearm. Keep the reps high.
