Cass and Frankie 1993--Christy Lies About Douglas

When Christy arrives at Cass and Frankie's house, she turns on the tears and lies through her teeth about Douglas, saying that he insisted she come alone because he feels guilty if he feels he's keeping her from things, and then she feels guilty because she's leaving him alone, and Douglas is just so selfless and it's just not fair. Frankie says it's a no-win situation. Cass suggests they take the party to the Carsons' house, but Christy says Douglas is probably sleeping by now. Cass then suggests that Christy stay at his and Frankie's house and relax for a while. Christy says she'll give it her best shot, then comments on how dressed up Cass and Frankie are. Frankie says they were going over to see Grant Harrison get married, but... Cass finishes Frankie's sentence, saying that Frankie thought they'd have a better time rehearsing their own trip down the aisle. Christy exclaims about the wedding being in two weeks, and says she still has to teach Frankie that tango step. Cass puts on some music, and Frankie says that she'll watch while Cass and Christy dance, since they're the experts, and that's the way Christy taught her to dance when they were in high school.
