@AandR2024 Empire is the least overpowered in uprising, Yuriko and shogun battleship are the only decent units. Soviet had apocalypse tank, kirov, terror drone and those fucking twinblades (which is a nuisance).

lol giga is not overpowered, the dps is nowhere as near as a kirov, and in one on one, easily lose to harbinger.

You do not need red alert 3 to play uprising.Uprising adds the new stuff but doesn't have multi.
