Shadow-*looked up at joe and got up he barked for attention*
Joe-*looked at him*
Shadow-*rolled over shoiwing his belly making a funny face with his tounge hanging on the side of his mouth*
Joe-*smiled* i thought you hated me
Shadow-*got up and licked his face cleaning the tears*
Joe-*laughed*
Demi-*bit her lip to prevent herself from smiling*
Angel-*growled in annoyence*
Joe-*petted shadows head*hes a really cool dog *smiled looking at demi*
Shadow-*licked his hand*
Joe-*smiled*
Demi-come on guys lets go back to sleep
Angel-*got off her lap and went into his doghouse still glareing at joe*
Demi-*got up* well dont let angel bite you on your way out
Joe-*tears filled his eyes and looked down at shadow*
Demi-*went inside her house*
Joe-*petted shadows head*looks like your my only friend now *smiled tears streaming down his face* you know they say dogs are good listeners would you keep my secret?
Shadow-*licked his face then nodded he was facing joe*
Joe-*smiled* well i love her *smiled petting him*

Joe-*laughed*you love her too dont cha the way you standed up for her *smiled*
Shadow-*nodded*
Joe-you know you are one smart dog *smiled*
Demi-*looking out her window down at joe she started crying again but she held it back she opened her window* joe go back to your house i never want to see you again
Joe-*looked up at her he started to cry again he stood up after giving shadow a hug* i wont be home just to tell you *with that he left*
Shadow-*looked up at demi and whimpered* hmmmmm hmmm hmmm hmmm *he looked the way joe went with worried eyes*
Demi-he'll be ok boy dont worry for that jerk go back to sleep *closed her window*
Shadow-*didnt sleep he sat and looked at the direction where joe went*
(A/N to tell you these dogs can climb 12 feet high fences trust me i would know)
Shadow-*became worried and jumped the fence running after joe's sent he followed it all the way to a lake the dog barked*
Joe-*stood up from a rock and saw him he walked towards him but stopped and laid down on the grass*
Shadow-*ran up to him and laid in back of him trying to go under joes head*
Joe-*lifted his head and smiled*
(the dog acted as a pillow for joe although he kept licking his face)
Joe-i perfer you over any of my friends
Shadow-*put his head on his paws*
Joe-thanks *turned and hugged the dog*
Shadow-*placed his head on joe's shoulder hugging back*
Joe-i miss her
Shadow-*pulled back and tilted his head showing confusion*
Demi-*looked out her window and didnt see either joe or shadow she went outside and started walking to joe's peaceful place she didnt mve anyfurther when she saw shadow and joe together she looked and listened through a bush*
Joe-demi
Shadow-*tilted his head back to normal showing he knew what he was talking about but then tilted it saying "what happened?"*
Joe-a girl got me drunk and made me think she was your owner demi and...wait your not going to kill me right?
Shadow-*scoffed making a laughing kinda sound*hummfp
Joe-*smiled but then frowned* i hurt demi but i didnt know what i was doing i swear to you and god well who knows they say god is in everything maybe he's in you *pet him* but i swear that i didnt know wat i was doing
Demi-*stepped on a leaf*
Shadow-*rose his head at the sound and looked at the direction where the sound came from he saw demi and wagged his tale*
Demi-*motioning him to look away*
Shadow-*looked back at joe and licked his face*
Joe-*laughed* you forgive me right?
Shadow-*licked his face then pulled back and looked at demi then back at him and nodded his head*
Joe-thanks your an awesome listener *sat up and faced him he played with his ears*
Demi-*silent tears streamed down her face* (Thinking-why cant i be like shadow so forgiving?)
Shadow-*felt like playing he got up and ran towards something then came back with a stick and looked up at joe*
Joe-*had gotten up and smiled looking at shadow*u know fetch? *he bent down and held out his hand for the stick*
Shadow-*placed it on his hand then sat*
Joe-are you afraid of water?
Demi-*came out of the bush*
Joe-*dropped the stick*i swear i didnt take your dog he just came here i dont know why
Demi-calm down and no he isnt afraid of water
Joe-were you crying? *walked closer to her but stopped*
Demi-no *whipped her eyes*
Shadow-*nudged joe*
Joe-*looked down and smiled then got the stick and through it, it landed in the water*
Shadow-*before running he pushed joe all the way closing the space between him and demi he pushed joe against her then turned around and went in the water for the stick*
Joe-*his hands were almost at her waist he looked into her eyes and smiled sweetly his face was clse to her's*
Demi-*didnt want to pull back so she cried while talking*i hate you joe i detest you i never want to see you again i hate you you jerk!
Shadow-*nudged her whimpering*hmmm hmmmmmm hmm hmmmm hmm
Joe-*tears streamed down his face the pain was too much*

for the people that dont like angel now youll like him in the next epi understand the dog he is demi's dog and hes protective towards his owners so they wont get hurt but you'll like him alot in the next epi and you'll like shadow even more i had this type of dog before and i know how they are to bad i dont have him anymore *crying* i miss him they're not the type you forget you always have them in your hearts :*(
