  • Good stuff man. You've made a lot of progress! Don't forget to keep it consistent. But more important, never forget the importance of diet and sleep. I used to all the time. I would train my arse off, and don't sleep or eat well, then wonder why I never made progress. Also, make sure you are focussing on the mind - muscle connection. Isolate the muscle in use. Otherwise you will find that your secondary muscles will grow and become stronger more than the intended one.

  • You've put on a decent amount of muscle, but if i was you you need to go onto whey protein powder, low calories high protein, trace fat but alot of energy, start doing cardio work, for example 20 minutes on the running machine before you strart your weights, this gets your heart rate up which is always good before and during a workout, i never let my heart rate drop below 135bpm whilst im at the gym, high intensity = results

  • damn niga. im asian 177cm 60kg, always wana work out real n build a body but never happened. this summer im gona rewatch ur videos to motivate me.

    also wanted to ask question, u mentioned u take two pills for energy n recovery before each time u work out n drink protien shake after work out? wat about now? do u still take those pills? when did u stop?
