Welcome aboard the Clipper Cordova 52,
Lets walk through this superb vessel and point out some of the features
this boat has to offer.
The first feature you notice is the large swim platform with laid teak
decking. The cockpit is also laid with teak decking and is well shaded
by the extended fly bridge overhang, access to the lazarette area is via
a hatch which leads you to a large storage area and access to the engine
room there is built in staircase to the flybridge .

access to the saloon interior is via these superb sliding stainless steel
doors. The open, spacious and luxurious saloon has large opening
windows with inbuilt insect screens for great ventilation at anchor, The
galley is on the same level as the saloon and has all the creature
comforts of a modern home. . the quality of the interior fit out is
apparent throughout.

The Helm station is fitted with a luxurious helm chair
overseeing excellent helm visibility,
there is a sliding access door to the walk around deck from the helm
area,
The Owners Stateroom features a King size island bed, A hanging locker,
and under bed storage, CD player with flat screen TV and DVD player are
all standard equipment

The Master ensuite is finished superbly with marble counter tops,
designer glass basin, European mixer and fittings.
The guest cabin features two single berths and excellent
Storage. TV and DVD is also supplied as standard equipment.

This boat can be ordered and configured as a three cabin layout
Walking the Molded staircase to the flybridge you will be
immediately impressed by the size of the fly bridge. This area is set up
for entertaining ,and relaxing, there is a built in wetbar with BBQ,, sink
, icemaker and refrigerator.

A Fiberglass hard top and clears make for dry and protected cruising.
The Tender is stored behind the stainless railings and is very simple to
launch with the optional Davit.

The outside of the boat is very easy to move around via the covered
teak laid side decks
The ingenious Semi- displacement hull design allows for comfortable
cruising at 10 knots or 19 knots all the while maintaining the minimum of
bow rise.

That's a great video Allen. Love the lighting... Good choice on shooting this one at night... the multi coloured lights really accentuate the luxury of this show boat. Nice slow pans and good cuts. I like the voice over too... Look forward to seeing more!
