Maytag 92 running but not well. What's wrong ?

Hi, thanks for looking. Help me get this running right please!! It's a bugger to get started. Did coil and condenser test. Spark plug gap .020 Governor near .085, points gap close to .020. This is the second time I've gotten it to start. Probably it's first start up in 40-50 years. This one was built in 1930.

My governor is buggered up. Stripped threads. Replacing parts and hope to get everything back together soon.

Lube up the governor weights, make sure they move freely. Also make sure the ignition cutoff switch is working.
