Open D tuning but a half step up so it's D#A#D#GA#D#

Tablature available through my website

This song is, together with Hula Blues (another side instrumental) part of a 'two for the price of one' tablature package (cost for the two tabs is €7.5)

  • Sorry to bother you with this question: I have a reso, but I keep alternating between Open D and Open G, I can't really decide which one should I make my "on the go" tuning.

Looking for material on the internet, Open G tuning seems to have more users and also famous musicians using it. Also, looking for pieces in Open D turns out to be really difficult. (No one's playing Open D anymore?) But I do really enjoy the melting sound of D tuning....

    What tunning should I use?

Don't stick to one tuning...you're only limiting yourself - there're great songs in both tunings.
