At 2:13,what does that voice says?It looks like "GONDOR!" for me,but I'm not sure.

Does anyone know the actual name of the song on the official album which contains this music? Because i think this is only a part of some full song. If anyone could understand me and knows it, please respond. I've been trying to find this song for a long time ago.

@kazahum This is an arrangement of the "Isengard theme" which can be found on several songs. "A Knife in the Dark" is a good example.
