A presentation given to the Supreme Court in 1996 by Shehri - a Karachi based civil society advocacy group. Shehri uses Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to fight the illegal construction and zoning violations in Karachi. The judges are requested to advance rule of law & curb the practices which are exploited by criminal builders and corrupt government officials.
