In the aftermath of the Typhoon Talas, or Taiphoon #12 as it is called in Japan, the Shingu City did an aerial survey of the Nanki mountain region. The video captures images of Asari, Shingu, Kumanogawa town, Koguchi village, Kiwa cho, and Takada. These are rough cuts lightly edited to allow for the true feeling of the flight over the region.
