i am german-american. i understood some of the text. i did not like the first part about electing a woman or a black. that has nothing to do with anything. ron paul JUST happens to be a white guy. I support him because he is intelligent, well-imformed, and the best Person for the job.

But in fact, Hillary would be the first female and Obama would be the first black president in the history of the USA.

And the mass media are talking very much about gender and race. The video dealt with that fact.

It seems that both Hillary and Obama would be a CHANGE but in fact, they would NOT be a change.

It would be better if the president would be Ron Paul (you gave the reasons). He would be a REAL change.

It is an ignorant statment becuase the election you are referring to took place in 1933. Today, in case you failed to notice, is 2008.

Few people, I imagine, who voted for Adolf Hitler 75 years ago would still be alive today, don't you agree? So it is ignorant and entirely unjustified to connect the German people living today with what happened back then, or trying to devaluate the above video or the advancement of the Ron Paul movement in Germany for the same reason.

I know what you mean. But you have to understand that people in America have always felt that something was wrong. We have been taught that there are only 2 parties that represent us but that is not true. Not true at all by any stretch. That's why when we have someone like Ron Paul showing us that the Constitution actually means something and that liberty works it excites us. We have not heard that message for a LONG time. Not since the days of Robert Taft and Barry Goldwater.
